Refund Policy

1. Overview

Svelio is a subscription-based software service operated by Montebay Innovations LLC. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased through svelio.io.

2. Subscription Plans

Svelio offers the following paid plans: • Pro (monthly) — $5.99/month, includes a 7-day free trial • Pro (annual) — $44.99/year, includes a 7-day free trial • Founder Lifetime — $49.99 one-time payment, limited to the first 200 customers Founder and Pro unlock the same features; the difference is the payment shape — Founder is a one-time $49.99, Pro is recurring. Pro plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Founder Lifetime is a single charge with no recurring billing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (profile menu → Manage Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. To request a refund, email hello@svelio.io with the email address associated with your account. After the 7-day window, monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, email hello@svelio.io with the email address associated with your account. After the 14-day window, annual subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal at the end of the annual period.

6. Renewal Charges

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can check your renewal date in your account settings under Manage Subscription.

7. Founder Lifetime

Founder Lifetime is a one-time $49.99 charge for permanent Pro access, limited to the first 200 customers. Founder Lifetime is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email hello@svelio.io with the email address associated with your account. After the 14-day window, Founder Lifetime is non-refundable. Founder access continues for the lifetime of the account regardless of any future Pro pricing changes — no recurring billing applies. Once a Founder spot is refunded, that spot is returned to the public pool of the first 200 available.

8. Loyalty Points & Gift Card Redemptions

Loyalty points have no cash value and are non-refundable. Once points are redeemed for a gift card, the redemption cannot be reversed. Gift card delivery and terms are subject to the issuing brand's policies.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window: 1. Email hello@svelio.io with the subject line "Refund Request" 2. Include the email address associated with your Svelio account 3. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

10. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds outside of these windows on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at hello@svelio.io and we will work to resolve it or issue an appropriate credit.
